We ship each Tuesday and Thursday with NZ Post.
Our lovely local courier, Scott, picks up our parcels at 3pm, and once the parcels are scanned an automatic email is sent to you with your tracking link. This email can end up in your Spam/Promotions/Junk folder. If your parcel is overdue, let us know! We will help find it.

From July 1 2023 courier rates across all companies went up 8 -10%. We absorb much of it, as well as the variable fuel, RUC and other surcharges added to our bill each month. The big difference is for our rural customers as we have had to increase the rural delivery charge. We feel the pain of this increase - most of Team Bead are on rural delivery. We also know first hand the many km our rural posties travel, and the good job they do. If you have a friend in town, remember you can choose different delivery address and save a few $$ that way. 
Our default packaging is corrogated cardboard, paper tape and compostable bags. But (if you are like Queen Bead and never compost you compostable bags!) - you can choose a cardboard satchel instead. Cardboard satchels can be reused, repurposed, recycled and also composted if you choose. Larger, bulkier items may be wrapped in brown paper or be packed in recycled boxes and packing material. If you prefer a cardboard satchel, please add a note to your order at the checkout. 


If the product doesn't suit, simply send it back in the original condition and packaging
within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you with a store credit or refund the product price.

If the product is faulty, we will replace it or issue a refund or store credit.
We will cover the cost of return if we request it.

We will send you a newsletter once a month or so, but this is something you can
choose to opt out of in your account if desired, or by emailing us.

We have a secure system for credit card payments.

All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and include a GST component of 15%.
Payments are processed in New Zealand dollars.
When you place an order, a hold is placed upon your card. When your order is packed and ready to come out we charge your card. This means we can remove any out of stock items so you are not charged, or add on any extras at your request. We can also adjust postage when required without any extra hassle at your end. If you are charged a different amount, it may take a few days for the amount to change online, it depends om your bank. Your updated invoice is available in your account and also will be sent out with your goods.
New Zealand customers may also pay by bank deposit to our Westpac account. Details will be on your confirmation email. Please note that your order will not be sent until your payment has cleared.
