Beading needles have their holes stamped, meaning that one side is much easier to thread than the other. If you are having trouble, flip your needle over and try from the other side. Queen Bead like to wet her thread, squeeze it tight between her thumb and forefinger and put the eye of the needle straight down on top - it works a treat!
