A precision cut, thin walled (therefore larger holed) cylindrical bead made by the Mitsubishi Company in Japan. These beads are very high quality and are very uniform in size. They are slightly smaller than a standard size 11 seed beads. Delicas are mainly used for bead weaving/stitching and they give a fine even finish due to their shape and regularity. Stitch with Silamide or Fireline, using a size 10 or 12 beading needle.
