If the product doesn't suit, simply send it back in the original condition and packaging
within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you with a store credit or refund the product price.

If the product is faulty, we will replace it or issue a refund or store credit.
We will cover the cost of return if we request it.

  CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS IF THEY AREN'T THE RIGHT SIZE/SHAPE/THING OR I JUST DON'T LIKE THEM? 
Yes, so long as they arrive back in original condition, in original (unopened) packaging. Please send any returns to PO Box 291, Stratford 4332. Make sure they are well packaged so they don't get damaged. Return post costs are your expense, and the original postage charge will not be refunded.
   
  YOU GOT MY ORDER WRONG! WHAT WILL YOU DO?
How frustrating! We do occasionally make a mistake and when we do we put it right. We will email you a shipping label for the incorrect item to be returned (collected from your home or workplace) and send out the correct item to you, at no extra charge. If it is a small value item, we generally say to keep it as a bonus.

We use NZ Post for all our shipping. Once your parcel is scanned in by the courier you will receive a tracking email with a link to the details so you can follow the progress of your order.

WHAT SORT OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE?
We use mainly resealable (reusable) plastic bags, reusable tubes and paper bags. Orders are generally wrapped in corrogated cardboard and secured with paper tape to avoid damge during transit.

Our default courier packaging is now compostable bags. However, no more feeling guilty for not composting the compostable bag! You can choose a carboard satchel instead. Just add a note in the message section at checkout. Cardboard satchels can be reused, repurposed, recycled and also composted if you choose. Larger, bulkier items may be wrapped in brown paper or recycled boxes and packaging material.
   
  ARE MY DETAILS PRIVATE?

We won't sell anyone any information about you.
We won't give anyone any information about you.
We don't store your credit card details on file.

We send out an email newsletter once or twice a month, but this is something you can choose to opt out of via your account or by emailing us.
   
  HOW CAN I PAY?
For online orders we accept Credit Card, LayBuy or bank deposit. In the shop we take cash, credit card or a bank deposit.

We use a secure system for credit card payments through Windcave, and do not retain any of your credit card information.

All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and include a GST component of 15%.
Payments are processed in New Zealand dollars.

When you place an order, a hold is placed upon your card. When your order is packed and ready to come out we charge your card. This means we can remove any out of stock items so you are not charged, or add on any extras at your request. We can also adjust postage when required without any extra hassle at your end. If you are charged a different amount, it may take a few days for the amount to change online, it depends om your bank. Your updated invoice is available in your account and also will be sent out with your goods.


New Zealand customers may also pay by bank deposit to our Westpac account. Details will be on your confirmation email. Please note that your order will not be sent until your payment has cleared.

We are not currently running beading classes as the demands/reality of Nia's young family are not compatible with evening and weekend classes at this time.

Nia has many years of experience teaching all levels and many different techniques of beading. She is sometimes available to take special groups or private lessons upon request.
